The 2009 spring season which was extremely successful with 14 clients taking 22 bears including a big color bear squaring 61/2 ft. Our largest bear of the season squared over 7ft green with a skull (rough green score over 20")and 5 bears over 400lbs. Everybody had 100% opportunity on a first bear and about 85% on the second bear, with six clients over the past two years doubling out in the same evening. In the past two year my clients (24) have taken 39 bears with 12 being over 350lb and 10 over 400lbs and greater than 6' square.
  • We are hunting new areas previously inaccessible and never before hunted.
  • We are in remote area of the boreal forest with no local hunting pressure.
  • We have a carefully managed harvest.
  • Many bears in our hunting area live to the age needed to produce Pope and Young and Boone and Crockett class trophies and weigh between 400 and 500 lbs.
